Neeley got to bring the snack for pre-school today so we decided to try something fun. Thanks Michelle for the yummy pumpkin muffin recipe. They made cute Jack-o-lanterns! Neeley and Kayla made themselves busy with decorating their pumpkins while I did mine!
Pumpkin Muffins
1 can pumpkin 15 oz.
1 cake mix (vanilla, spice or chocolate)
1 egg
Mix together and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes!
